2. Letter of Interest highlighting the following areas (maximum 2 pages, typed, double spaced):

- Given your personal background, describe: a) Why you are interested in participating in SPARCC and your interest in biomedical, behavioral and clinical cancer research fields b) How SPARCC will aid in your professional development and attainment of your career goals.

- List your most significant experiences, including any employment or volunteer work experience. Describe why these experiences are so important to you and how these experiences affect you to this day.

- What qualities or character strengths distinguish you from your classmates, colleagues, and/or peers?

3. Unofficial transcript from your undergraduate program demonstrating academic success.

4. One letter of recommendation from an employer or academic teacher (remember to use the application for submission of all documents).

5. Resume, which highlights education, skills, and involvement with on-campus or local community organizations. See resume template:
