Singh, Mona, PhD

Dr. Mona holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India. Then, she joined at PHIXGEN Pvt. Ltd., India, where she worked for a short stint of time and successfully isolated and characterized antimycobacterial drug. She also received a National Post-Doctoral Fellowship to study retinoic acid’s role in tuberculosis immunity.

Currently, she is a post-doctoral fellow in Dr. Sunila Pradeep’s lab, researching extracellular vesicles’ effects on immune cells in the tumor microenvironment, with interests in metastasis and immune suppression.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and playing Badminton.
