Family Nurse Practitioner

Lisa Caravella, Advanced Practice Nurse, joined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in May of 2016. She received her Associate of Dietetics in 2005, Bachelors of Science in 2009 from Mount Mary College and her Master of Science degree in 2015, from Concordia University of Wisconsin. While earning her Master degree, she worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Columbia St. Mary’s from 2012-2016, before joining the Medical College of Wisconsin team. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a passion in Women’s Health.

Lisa’s priority is to provide compassion, knowledge, and education to you and your family members, so you receive the finest care and progressive treatments available. Working together in a collaborative team approach, she will assist in developing a plan that tailors to your individual needs. She is devoted to listening to her patient’s in order to improve their quality of life before, during and after treatments.

Lisa is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is a professional member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and member of Sigma Theta Tau International.

Lisa sees patients in the Gynecology Oncology clinic inside the Cancer Center on the Froedtert Hospital Campus.

Lisa lives in Wauwatosa with her husband and family dog, Augie. She loves all things summer and enjoys walks, neighborhood gatherings, concerts, Milwaukee Brewer games, traveling, gardening, attending festivals, swimming, and trying out new restaurants.
