Nurse Practitioner
Kelsey Thompson, DNP is a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner who joined MCW in Spring 2026. She holds board certifications in two specialties: women’s health and adult-gerontology acute care. She practices in the hospital setting at Froedtert Hospital.
Kelsey shares a professional commitment to the patients she serves and quality improvement in healthcare. She has extensive experience in global nursing research with work in the Philippines and in Africa. She has obtained several academic achievements at Duke University and most recently graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with her Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program.
Socially, Kelsey enjoys yoga, group exercise classes and traveling in her spare time.
