Brill, Alexandra, MD

Dr. Alexandra Brill joined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in September 2025 as an Assistant Professor in the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Notre Dame and then went on to obtain her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Brill completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals program in 2025.

Dr. Brill provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for patients of all ages from adolescence to adulthood, including preventive care along with medical or surgical treatment. Dr. Brill’s interests include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, abnormal uterine/vaginal bleeding, contraception management, as well as normal and complicated pregnancy care. She also has a particular passion for providing inclusive and welcoming care for the LGBTQ community including comprehensive gender-affirming care.
Dr. Brill sees patient in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic at the Froedtert Hospitals Specialty Clinic as well as at the Inclusion Clinic at the Sargeant Health Center. She primarily performs surgeries and deliveries at Froedtert Hospital.

Outside of work, Dr. Brill enjoys spending time cooking and baking for friends and family. She also enjoys hiking, cycling, singing and reading.
