Perinatal Mental Health

Perinatal Mental Health service specializes in the treatment of women with mental health concerns who are actively attempting conception, struggling with infertility, currently pregnant, or within six months post-delivery. We provide sub-specialty care within the field of perinatal psychiatry, specializing in the use of psychotropic medications in pregnancy and breast-feeding, as well as provide psychotherapy services. We also provide specialized care to women with high risk pregnancies.

Given the specialization of our services, we are only able to provide services for a limited time, typically up 6-12 months post-delivery if pregnant or post-partum or a single consultation appointment if looking for a review pre-conception review of psychiatric medications.
