My current research interests include epigenetic interplay in the tumor microenvironment of ovarian cancer. We will explore how Epigenetic mechanisms reprogramme the tumor microenvironment, which results in tumor progression. We anticipate that the research on epigenetic changes in the tumor microenvironment will broaden our understanding of tumor progression and metastasis and provide novel epigenetic-based cancer clinical therapeutic approaches for patient care.

In 2020, I obtained my Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University’s Special Centre for Molecular Medicine, where I researched with Prof. Rakesh K Tyagi on the orphan and atypical nuclear receptor SHP. In 2014, I earned a master’s degree in biotechnology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India.
