Kovac, Dani-Joy, CNM

Dani-Joy Kovac joined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in October, 2025. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Cedarville University in 2020. Following graduation, she worked as a Labor & Delivery nurse in the Dayton, Ohio area. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing through University of Cincinnati and certification as a Certified Nurse Midwifery in 2025. Dani-Joy then joined the Medical College of Wisconsin, Obstetrics and Gynecology, in October 2025.

Dani-Joy’s practice focuses on comprehensive care for women throughout all stages of life, with an emphasis on general obstetrics and gynecology. She provides individualized care in all areas of OB/GYN, including prenatal and postpartum care, contraception counseling, STI screening management, and menstrual health concerns. She is passionate about patient education and empowering women to understand and actively participate in their overall health and wellness. Dani-Joy sees patients in the outpatient setting in the General Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, as well as manages labor and birth and postpartum in the inpatient setting at Froedtert Hospital.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and golden retriever. She enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible, hiking, playing pickleball, and traveling.
