Testimonials

Going alone the path that I am, which is at times most difficult & very emotional, Dr. Francis provides empathy, compassion & understanding but always, always she starts with my physical condition, any problems, side effects, present physical condition. I have more than half my family who will not see me. The doctor provides me an opportunity to express my fears & emotions. It’s wonderful having a supportive professional I can turn to.

I love the way I was treated the staff did everything I asked to make me comfortable.

Dr. Francis has a terrific approach to care. She exudes an aura of compassion and care yet demonstrates a confident expertise when answering questions or explaining a course of care. She uses appropriate terms in a way that is understandable to her patients.

I won’t see anyone else for my gender transition. I trust Dr. Francis. She genuinely cares. That’s rare these days.

I always wait a bit longer but don’t mind. Dr. Francis is amazing. She’s worth the wait. It’s nice to have a doctor care so much

Appreciated that Dr. Francis listened to my personal viewpoint about my health issues and was non-judgmental.

Dr. Francis was a pleasure to partner with during my pregnancy and delivery. She was always incredibly sensitive and responsive to my questions (in person and via MyChart). At the end of my pregnancy my son turned himself breech requiring a c-section. Dr. Francis provided all options (including performing an external version, which was unfortunately unsuccessful) and then performing my c-section. During that time, Dr. Francis made me feel so comfortable and relaxed about the c-section and delivery process. I felt like I had the most positive delivery experience with the entire team including anesthesia, nursing and other support staff. I never thought I would “miss” going to the doctor on a regular basis the way you do during a pregnancy!

I would like to add some comments about Dr. Francis in addition the review that I completed. My husband and I feel that we made a great decision in selecting Dr. Jessica Francis, whom we chose based on her residency and background as well as her profile on the Froedtert/Medical College website. I had moved to the U.S. in my 7th month of pregnancy and was concerned about finding a good obstetrician as well as establishing a strong patient/doctor relationship with just 2 months remaining in my pregnancy. We both found her professional, proficient, and also very personable and empathetic. She seemed to be able to look at my lab work and exams that were done in Ukraine and was able to quickly analyze, evaluate and understand my condition. In addition, she carries herself with confidence and a demeanor where we felt that she could relate to us and understand our concerns. Unfortunately, shortly after my first visit, my husband lost his job and we were faced with the decision to stay in Milwaukee or relocate. As my spouse is from California, we had discussed moving back there in a couple of years. With the unexpected job loss and imminent birth of our child, we decided to make the move and gave the news to Jessica on my 2nd visit. I want to add that we considered staying in Milwaukee another year just to have Dr. Francis as my obstetrician and to deliver our first child. But, with better job prospects for my spouse in California and an opportunity to be around his family with our newborn, we packed up and moved form Milwaukee shortly after my second visit with Jessica. While I did find another (my third one after having moved twice), obstetrician in Orange County, California, both my spouse and I felt much better chemistry with Dr. Jessica Francis and also preferred Froedtert to Saddleback Memorial in Laguna Hills. I ask that you share our thoughts with Dr. Francis, and please note that we stopped seeing her and the Froedtert Hospital only due to relocating to California. Wishing her and all the staff there a happy holiday season, and thank you again.

I just changed insurance coverage & saw Dr Francis for the first time. She was caring, respectful, personable & no-nonsense! I will definitely return to her care as long as she is in practice! Phenomenal physician!
