17 Oct Welcome Rahmouna Farez, MS, MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology
We are very pleased to announce that Rahmouna L. Farez, M.S., M.D., has been appointed to Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology, at the Medical College of Wisconsin and to the medical staffs at Froedtert Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Dr. Farez comes to us from MetroWest Physician Services in Framingham, MA and started on October 14, 2013. Dr. Farez’ clinical interests include abnormal vaginal bleeding, contraception, general obstetrics and gynecology as well as pediatric and adolescent gynecology. She will be seeing patients both on campus and at the new Moorland Reserve Health Center in New Berlin.
Dr. Farez earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Albany Medical School in 2007, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tufts Medical Center as the administrative chief resident. Since then, she has grown a busy private practice while also serving as the faculty supervisor for resident clinic and as the site clerkship director for third-year Tufts medical students. She is fluent in Romanian and conversational in Spanish and French.
