Dr. Raj Narayan named Associate Dean for Student Affairs in the School of Medicine at MCW

Raj Narayan, MD, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, has been named the Associate Dean for Student Affairs for the School of Medicine MD Program. He begins in this role April 1, 2022.

In his new role, Dr. Narayan will provide vision and leadership for programs and activities to foster a learning environment that supports medical student success across

all campuses and provide mentorship, advocacy, and counseling for students to ensure adherence to institutional educational policies.

Dr. Narayan was among the founding group of Clinical Professional Development (CPD) Directors and most recently served as the chair of the Academic Standing Committee. He also was a member of the Curriculum and Evaluation Committee (CEC), including serving as Chair of the CEC M3-M4 Subcommittee.
