Konitzer, Kendra, PA-C
Kendra Konitzer, PA-C, joined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in January 2017. She grew up in Northeastern Wisconsin near Green Bay. She received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences and Master degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
She became board certified in 2014 and is licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin. Prior to joining the Medical College of Wisconsin she practiced in an urgent care setting at ThedaCare in Shawano, WI for 2.5 years.
Kendra is passionate about giving the best care to women of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds. She strives to make patients feel comfortable by building a concrete patient-provider relationship with solid communication and listening skills. She believes the key aspects in establishing a strong relationship occurs by taking the time to evaluate each patient thoroughly, incorporating them in the appropriate treatment plans, and educating them. She enjoys working collaboratively with her colleagues to provide the best care for each individual patient.
Kendra sees patients in the Gynecology Oncology clinic inside the Cancer Center on Froedert Hospital Campus and also assists in Gynecologic surgeries.
Outside of work, Kendra enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan, family, and friends. She enjoys sports, reading, traveling, and being outdoors.
