Dr. Paul Lemen went above and beyond my expectations on both visits. I immediately felt at ease within minutes. He took an incredible amount of time addressing my questions and concerns well above what is expected of doctors. Even when running late, he never felt rushed, or made me feel rushed in the appointment. His bedside manner is greatly appreciated – it goes a long way and makes for a great foundation of patient care.
Dr. Klatt LISTENS. He explains everything well. He does not feel the need to ‘prove’ his knowledge, but rather shows care and concern while addressing questions and discussing the course of action for the remainder of my pregnancy. Dr. Klatt is also willing to ‘protect’ (or shield) me from those who are compelled to exhibit all their knowledge through pressing for tests and procedures without listening to and acting upon my concerns and convictions as a patient.
Dr. Klatt is a constant professional and his bed side manner is something to be noted. He has always been friendly and has always made me feel like he has a personal interest in my health. Dr. Klatt is very down to earth, he is very relatable and although he is the smartest person in the room he has never made me feel that way. He always answers all my questions no matter how important they are, and for that I am grateful.

I do want to thank Lori Hagar for helping me through the process. I have extreme anxiety. When it comes to new doctors I get very scared and she was wonderful with me she made me feel calm and relaxed, and very comfortable the entire visit. I would definitely come to her again if needed. Thank you again Lori for being so patient with me & my anxiety.

Rachel my ultrasound technician is very kind and sensitive to my personal issues. She is very accommodating and informative. Takes her time with me and never makes me feel rushed or that I am a bother.
All of the Ultrasound technicians were very friendly and pleasant. I have numerous ultra sounds for this pregnancy & they’ve made each experience fun and exciting. They took their time with each scan and honored my wishes to keep baby’s gender a secret. I felt very cared for and encouraged by each one of them. Thank you.
